American forward Cleveland Melvin (203-1991, college: DePaul) fired 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. His fellow American import guard Breein Tyree (188-1998, college: Ole Miss) chipped in 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. American-Jamaican Devontae Cacok (201-1996, college: UNCW) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and Canadian-Jamaican guard Dylan Ennis (188-1991, college: Oregon) added 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Four UCAM players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
